The reception staff were courteous and helpful. One waiter in the Granada Restaurant was very professional. He ensured everything was in order during the first few days of my stay. I also found the pillows to be very comfortable. They were soft, not too hard and not too soft.

Payment was a bit difficult. This requirement added an extra step to the process.
